Who we are

Arrow Slide is a mobile puzzle game. The site and app are run under the Arrow Slide name. Questions: privacy@arrowslide.app.

This website

The website does not create accounts, save your games, or run ads.

We use Google Analytics to see which pages people open. Analytics cookies are on unless you turn them off. Use the cookie banner, Cookies in the footer, or email us.

The host may keep ordinary server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and uptime. We do not sell that data.

The mobile app — what we collect

You can finish the main game without an account, ads, coins, or purchases. Optional features may use the data below.

• Game progress saved on your device (levels, stars, settings, looks).
• Sign-in you choose: Game Center (iPhone) or Play Games (Android). We do not ask you to create a separate email and password.
• Cloud save, the worldwide leaderboard, and friend-challenge codes when you use those features (hosted on Supabase).
• Purchase receipts when you buy optional coins, gems, packs, or remove-ads, handled by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat. We do not see your full card number.
• Crash reports (Sentry) and product analytics (Amplitude) to keep the game stable and see what is broken.
• A tracking ID, only if you allow it, used with Google AdMob for optional ads.

Ads, tracking, and consent

The main game is always solvable without watching ads. Ads are optional — for example, watch an ad for a hint — or an occasional full-screen ad after you finish some puzzles. Banner ads stay off unless we turn them on later.

In regions covered by GDPR we show a consent form before personalized ads. On iPhone we may ask for tracking permission after you have played, never as the first thing you see. You can say no. Ads that are not personalized may still appear where the stores and AdMob allow it.

Arrow Slide is a puzzle game for a general audience, not aimed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Purchases and restore

Optional in-app purchases (coins, gems, starter packs, remove-ads) are billed by Apple or Google. Restore Purchases in the app reconnects items you already bought on that store account. Refunds follow Apple and Google rules, not this website.

Notifications

Reminders on your device (daily challenge, streak) are requested after you have played for a while. You can turn them off in system settings. You do not need them to play.

How long we keep data

Saves on your device stay until you delete the app or clear its data. Cloud save and challenge records stay while the feature is active, or until you ask us to delete them. Crash and analytics events are kept only as long as they help us run the game.

Your choices

You can play the main game offline with no sign-in. You can refuse ads tracking, turn off notifications, and restore or manage purchases in the App Store or Google Play. On this website, turn off analytics cookies from the banner or Cookies in the footer. To ask about deleting cloud save, email us from the address tied to your Game Center or Play Games use when possible.

Sharing

We share data only with the platforms named above to run the game (Apple, Google, RevenueCat, AdMob, Amplitude, Sentry, Supabase), and Google Analytics on this website, or if the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.
